We dive deep into bringing shared books, read-alouds, paired reading fluency, and authentic texts to life—while sharpening your practice with decodables. Bring the New Zealand Curriculum to life by weaving literacy progressions into your classroom practice.
Ensure your teaching is data-driven, irrespective of the scope and sequence you use.
Build strong foundations for all tamariki with the essentials: shared texts, decodable texts, authentic texts and fluency practice.
Explicitly teach shared texts to increase vocabulary and knowledge.
Be explicit in your delivery.
Teach with clarity and confidence, all while being responsive to the needs seen in front of you.
